  1. For sure. Time to put an end to it and hope next winter somehow turns better. Ha! Now that the snowpack has disappeared, and anything we get now will just melt the second the sun hits it...I can go with 60s/70 degree highs and 45-50 degree lows straight through to September. Ah, a dream....
  2. Temperatures climbing during the night tonight...jumped several degrees. Ripping winds tomorrow sending any lake effect way inland again. It's like things haven't changed. lol Perhaps next winter can provide better? Hmm, that sounds familiar. ha!
  3. Seems like we continue to see the SAME ol' setup we've been dealing with now that the chillier air is back. Lake effect snows to the Finger Lakes/BGM...and PA to southern NY having possible Synoptic threats. On both sides of that, the Mid-Atlantic zone and the zone in NY north of Route 20 yaaaaaaaawns. Tough weather year for me. Hot and 90 degrees for days and days last summer, followed by 5 to 6 months of November weather. Maybe my wife and I should live in a high-up mountain town in Colorado where they get tons of snow for me and lots of warm sun for the wife.
  4. Another day of the Syracuse sauna getting 5 degrees above projected highs.
  5. HAHA! I definitely did that intentionally since that's what it's ALWAYS called there. lol.... I actually deleted "bologna" and put that. haha
  6. Next Shoefly Pie, Whoopie Pies, Lebanon boloney, fasnacht on me?
  7. Looks like there are some possibilities next week, but for right now, it would continue what most of the winter had. Consistent near misses.
  8. Suffice to say, I think we will be adding on to this year's total snowfall before May comes...seems ripe for a possible big one.
  9. I know I appreciate your friendliness and openness towards me when I post on here. Just because I don't live in my hometown of Lancaster County anymore doesn't mean I don't care about it or the people. Apparently some people thrive off of toxic environments. For me, I'd rather be around people who are uplifting and a pleasure to communicate with.
  10. Funny how after a day in the 60s and a day in the lower 70s, the 36 degrees this morning felt COLD. Still somehow have snow that survived in the woods and shaded areas. Snow piles took a big hit, but still all over the place.
  11. I bet you enjoyed today. The WIND was STRONG in the Cuse all day. Frequent strong gusts throughout. No damage though.
  12. Next Book he writes about himself: "How I opened New York Back up in the midst of fondling women. If I can do it, nobody else can. I. Am. Amazing."
  13. Just go to the MID-ATLANTIC banter thread. Wow. They continue to prove they are the douchiest lot on this entire forum.
  14. I think you just helped me find my tax-free poor man's Tug Hill cabin....
  15. Looks like they're trying super hard to bring that warm air ripping up through the Lake Plains and Finger Lakes Valleys.
  16. We are warmer or the same temperature compared to places in the south today.
  17. LOL This valley is a freaking heat torch...not just the weather, but the miserable hot-headed people too.
  18. Gah! It's so annoying! I'm the opposite of Buffaloweather. I want it to be a popsicle around me. lol...I don't know why...I don't like when I'm the "warmest place" on a map. It does feel very nice out though.
  19. You see this new "training" in America's education system. Oh? You didn't do anything and failed? Blame the teacher! Here's a cookie for your trouble, child...oh, and an A. No. Consequences. Any more.
  20. That's what "America voted for." Errr...just over 50% of voters? Maybe? It's not rainbows and unicorns on any side of the political spectrum. My dad reminds me that he's so happy he's not in my generation because who knows if we will ever see our social security, retirement, etc.......
  21. Come on, now. We know you and @Syrmax started that fire to melt that remaining snow...... I think I got a picture of you watching it from across the highway:
