I get to work at 7, sometimes before. A lot of blue collar construction guys change hours in summer to start at 6 so they can get out at 2 or 3. There's no reason they can't start at 8 in the winter, it's the same thing.
Who cares? you're at work anyway, or sleeping in on the weekend. The chickens don't care what type of time we're on so you can get up later now. Plus it's nice to have light at the end of the work day to do things. I'm loving it since the weekend change it's awesome.
