  1. I'd love to live there. Fish right out your back door, ocean access, tropical breezes... Nothing better. Just get good flood insurance
  2. Good, that's why a lot of folks move there, good boomers and canes and sun
  3. When that happens it usually means a generic gusty rainstorm is most likely outcome
  4. CAT 2 seems NBD for FL, IMO. Even the rain seems to just sink into the limestone they don't seem to ever flood
  5. Nice! Been there once. Greenfield state park. Real sandy around there, prime for radiating.
  6. Awesome, keep us updated! IMO it's more interesting than a generic gulf coast LF, as a maritime LF this strong is far more rare. Stay safe.
  7. So cool that @WxWatcher007is up there. How's the country up there? Scenic? I've never been past St. John's NB
  8. Is it even really worth conjecturing at this time frame?
  9. You're gonna get a royal pounding, twice.
  10. Lagers are real beer, they're actually a lot harder to brew and to get that nice clean crisp flavour
  11. Good thing there's like 5 people that live there.
  12. I'm pretty sure tip has said that in the past, that flow quickens! Hence why we don't get stuck under week long ocean cut off lows anymore, and it's been so windy the past few years.
  13. But flow is faster during a warming climate, so it would push them out to sea more.
  14. Last similar one before 38 was the colonial hurricane. These things only happen once every few hundred years.
  15. None of us alive today will experience anything like that
