It's a funny looking storm on satellite. Almost looks like the ULL is punching into the southern flank and blowing up thunderstorms away from the center.

Impressive convection firing off Delaware. Assuming it holds together as it progresses north, you can see how someone gets nailed in western New England or the HV.

Yeah, I'm super bummed not to be on the island. It's going to be wild out there. I hope StormSurge comes through with some great pictures of the surf. I remember when Bill approached, you could hear the waves crashing on the south side of the island from my house on the north shore. I bet such will be the case this go round too.
