Glad to hear it. It's beautiful out now. That light baking powder we had earlier has been replaced with heavy gorgeous dendrites. Hoping for the pivot now. Fingers crossed.
Ok, western band is coming in. Snow growth is improving rapidly. Now we just need it to grind to a halt for hours and hours. K, thanks. In fact, let's get that easterly band to back in and merge.
I have a feeling this is going to be my version of March '13 in Rhode Island. Can just see the pivot lining up for an old-fashioned cosmic d****ing. 1/4" down and melting, very light flurries and windy. I'm out. Good luck everyone.
Wet roads and light snow. That band has just been pinned to eastern Long Island all night. Wish my house of Fishers was winterized, because it's ripping there!
Do we feel this is a situation where you can give the non-hydrostatics an edge vis-a-vis convection driven height rises? Or do we stick to globals to resolve the northern stream interaction?
