About Me
I'll be honest, I'm not always sure I deserve to have the "Red Tag" around here. I finished 4 years of Meteorology at SUNY Brockport and that is officially what my degree is in. However immediately after college I found a job in plasma physics research in Rochester and that is what I have done for the last 18 years. That said, i have observed weather every single day since the late 80's and have spent my entire life in WNY. I have a good handle on our local weather and climate and love to chase lake effect or any other interesting weather.
"Mass uplift or descent of air occurs primarily in response to dynamic factors related to horizontal airflow and is only secondarily affected by air-mass stability....unless however, you're dealing with lake effect."
