    Getting all too used to these crappy January's. Texas and Spain stealing our snow this year makes all more awesome. But, maybe someone can post another graphic of how far ahead we were for the season back with the mid-December storm to make us feel all warm and fuzzy.

    It's come down to this...Not even mid-January and we are posting pics, and vids of epic snow blowing records, and other snow moving equipment. I might have to throw a pic up of the not-being-used plow fleet here at work.

    We just had our weekly supervisors meeting, and our manager noted that next week looks mild so all of the guys (highway/ parks/ guys who also do the snow plowing) should be able to do interim tasks like painting inside buildings, etc. Basically he was saying we don't have to worry about snow until maybe the end of the month so give them busy work.

    I think there was a storm shortly after that post. Maybe not though, but I think up until that point there was no snow to be had in my area. Crap-ola of a season.

    Over an inch last night and this a.m. Just arrived at work and it is snowing pretty steadily.

    @PhineasC, This my friend is my classic melt. Coming up on 9 years with this subtle rant. Shortly after I posted this I think we had some pretty significant snow.

    I think many people had melts in their mind, that they did not express here on the forum, and now they have transferred their meltiness to you as if you are the only one melting. It's a Classic Sigmund Freud set up to shift their own reaction to someone else. I am at one with my melts...I become the melt and make no apologies for it.
