    I was actually waiting for Steve @Ginx snewx to say that. Last time I truly had a sleet melt was during that night of epicness and he slapped me around.

    Seems like it lasted for like 20 minutes, but not doing it now. (I sent steve and kev a quick audio of it) Here it seems to be 6+ on the ground. It is really hard to tell. The winds are ripping really good on the lake. Low vis. Big difference than what was happening in Manchester. Seems like just a heavier snow here in the NE corner then the center of the state. More legit.

    Looks like those who forecasted sleet for NE CT were on the money. Sleet mixing in. Oh well. Not sure how long that will go on for.

    What it causing the garbage snow growth here in Manchester? Kind of makes me believe the 7 day out dryslot that was shown for the center of CT last week.

    In Manchester it seems like alot of snow falling but not really great snow growth for the past few hours.. Those crappy, spindly looking snow flakes that sputter and spit. Hopefully it picks up and/ or is better at home. Right now this is kind of lame.

    Snow is consistent here at work (Manchester), but not heavy. Just moderate, and relentless snow. A few inches on the ground as well.

    I have no idea. I was kind of surprised. I will have to see what the weather service is that we use here. I don't get involved with the plowing side of public works, but I know that upper management has a few services that they depend on for weather advice.

    Whatever weather service we use here in town they are giving this the "not probable" for a plowable event.
