  1. Excellent. Typical April misery. Although that could have easily been any storm this past winter.
  2. I am sure there is some long range clown map showing snow for parts of SNE. The tease will always be there.
  3. I must have been an anomaly in my part of Brooklyn, I had about 22". I think my worst season ever, any where that I have lived.
  4. ...Installing lighting protections in some of our buildings. Making sure that we are prepared for the severe hype train.
  5. lol @ Dave holding on to 2nd place on the table right behind JSpin.
  6. I am bad with dates but... March 93 Snow April 97 Snow Some insane heatwave in like July/August of 91. Irene 2 other snowstorms in the past 7 years, but I don't recall the dates without going into my archives which are at home. (I was in Rockland County NY during Sandy, which was a bigger event down there)
  7. My 19.5 was right near that 21.1. I should have given you that number.
  8. 19.5 total for me (including the final burst last night) but I do think me and you shorted ourselves by an inch or 2. I measured 19" @ 5pm. My first and only measurement of the day. No board clearing.
  9. lol. He actually said that in a live statement, pointing you out?
  10. 13.5" Brooklyn. Not my measurement but measurement from my daughter. I have taught her not to be a slant sticker but she could be off. Edit: 13.75
  11. Wow. First I've seen a radar image today. Looks like Brooklyn was getting pounded. But here in Manchester, just near Hartford I can definitely see how we were in that area of weakness.
  12. Just a real fine snow here. Visibility is not the best, but the snow is just not amounting to much.
  13. Really not much here at work (Manchester). Maybe an inch or 2 if that. Hopefully it's piling up better back in Brooklyn. I have not checked with my source there yet.
  14. Snow growth not too great here at work in Manchester, but was pretty good in Brooklyn, 40 miles east. Definitely a different scene back home.
  15. I was under the impression this was going to be a dry snow. Sh*t is wet and heavy. 34F right now.
  16. Brought back to life for the Codfishsnowman.
  17. Idiot me. lYeah. Full foliage, and tons of tree damage. Roads were still being cleared 3 -4 weeks later. I suppose it's pretty comparable to the damage in CT a few years back during the October storm.
