I can back him on this as a firefighter. While maybe not a "major" fire. It is quite a nuisance and a burden on the volunteers who have to sacrifice their day just to babysit it and keep dumping water on it.

Personally, would prefer a miserable 50 degree day with an inch plus of rain spread out over a 24-48 hr period than last night. I just had my yard arreated and overseeded which now probably all washed out after last night.

..and the Public Works Dept gets lambasted for it cause the Supervisors told them to do it.

What about rain? DTN is showing showers all weekend.

Looks like the Euro is winning the warmer temperature battle next week.

In other words. Enjoy your 45-50 degree raw and rainy next two weeks.

We prepare for 45 degrees and soaking rain first week in April. Cool cool.

Sorry I couldn't bring back any of the upper 70's weather from Vegas last week. Staring at 27 and wind is not fun this first week of March.
