Your ggem gif is from 168 to 84 and your gfs gif is from 126 to 78... From 120 and closer they are comparable.

Indeed, I've been careful to specify exactly what time BOX's forecast is covering before wishcasting it away.

GFS gets the 0c 850 past the MA/NH border. Oomph

Biggest caveat is it is still 84 hours out. We still have another 12-18 hours that it can change enough to materially affect ground truth, away from the forecasted battleground zone (as always).
