Pea sized hail and (I'd guess) 40-50 mph gusts around Easton, PA about 30-40 minutes ago with the stuff ahead of the line. Pretty impressive, all told.
Are SREFs not cool enough these days to entertain during intermission? Yes, I realize this is from 15Z, but I haven't seen any SREFs yet, so I'm just reminding y'all there are more places where you can break your refresh button.
I thought it was a radar hallucination, but it does appear to be getting beaten back some. Time will tell. Haven't seen the latest short-range guidance re: 850/700 lows, so I'm not sure if we still stand a chance of hanging on here from 78 northward. Might be a good time to take a look at the 00Z soundings as they roll in.
