Gfs has a mega block at the end of the run with a pretty epic pattern, could it be just in time for a late season blockbuster or will it just make spring colder?

That’s what I normally do when I chase. So would need a recommendation/find a hotel in one of these areas. I don’t go out and drive during the event I just sit back and hope my hotel jackpots ha

Thanks, I’m not an expert either just a hobbyist. I’d have to figure this out fast it’s hard because normally I drive to places in northeast for nor’easters. This would be a flight, rental/Uber. I’d have to find a place that isn’t remote though even if I sacrifice some snowfall

Hey guys if anything close to the gfs and para end up happening what are places in the state that would be a choice to chase to? I’ve never been beyond Pittsburg PA so I obv don’t know much about Denver/suburbs

Gotta get that follow up wave east as fast as possible. If it meanders in the southwest it’ll torch. If spacing is good and front strong enough it could snow, but need more than a few eps members and a close op gfs run

Yea there’s no threat until after this front day 7 or so, if that front is strong enough (near lakes) it could set up the follow up wave near texas

Meh idc if it’s 90 degrees before or after the storm. Give me a foot of snow in July and I’m happy. Snow falling and accumulating is what I follow this hobby for. Snow cover in March will still melt even if it’s below freezing with the sun angle. Today’s eps total snow members. Not much to be excited about I guess...the cmc has probably the best looking pattern around day 9-10

Cmc was interesting at the end of the run. Strong cold front out east with decent energy out west, but idk. I feel like there’s a chance mid month on but we’ll see

It is certainly close enough for a system over a week out. Anytime you have a phasing storm like this models will struggle. We could get this under 3 days and have it pop back on the models

There’s a few EPS members that scrape the coast. I’m def not putting my money on it, but I still think there’s an outside shot. This is over a week out.

Still, looked pretty close. I love the quick ridge spike. If we can get that a bit farther west wouldn’t hurt

Ha, I’m not ready to go back to real life yet. 180 hr phase keeps me from worrying about the rent and bills . Plus next year I’m moving to Worcester from Philly so I’m all ready for next winter to get here
