  1. Good skiing conditions at Ski Sundown yesterday despite the rain on Sunday. Really nice groomed granular snow. Me on Gunbarrel:
  2. Most of my skiing at Timberline Lodge has been during the Summer. I skied there: July 1987. August and September 1988. August of 1990. August and September of 1997. May of 1999.
  3. Looks like significant icing at Mount Snow and Gore Mountain. I'm seeing snow in the webcams at MRG, Sunday River and Sugarloaf.
  4. Out to Bosquet this afternoon with my son.
  5. Skiing at Butternut on Monday. This Saturday looks appealing to ski with my son, but it's $$$$$$$ . Presidents week pricing is ridiculous.
  6. Looks like the weather will keep me from skiing until Friday. Doesn't look like a great end to vacation week.
  7. I here at Blandford and there's maybe 20 car's in the parking lot.
  8. I'm skiing at Blandford tommorow morning and they received 3" of new snow. Looks like a cold and sunny day tomorrow. Should be nice packed powder. I hope it's not insanely crowded.
  9. Thinking of skiing at Blandford on Tuesday. Haven't been there in many years. $45 for an all day holiday ticket. Waiting to see how much snow they get.
  10. I skied Ski Sundown today from 9:30-11:30 with their 2 hour ticket. It's primarily groomed loose granular with a very deep snowmaking base. Starting to feel the sun getting stronger., It felt warm even with temperatures in the lower 30's.
  11. Berkshire East was definitely not a glacial disaster yesterday. It was edgable frozen granular. Very empty except for a race on Competition with new snowmaking.
  12. I'm at Berkshire East right now and it's frozen granular snow conditions. No line for the chairs.
  13. Heading to Ski Sundown this afternoon pre monsoon. SNE skiing just can't catch a break from this Rainey winter.
  14. I'm in Lincoln NH right now with my son and we will be skiing at Bretton Woods tomorrow and Cannon on Thursday. About 18" of snowcover here.
  15. Sorry to hear that and best wishes for a speedy recovery. I dislocated my shoulder at Mount Snow in April of 2017. Luckily it happened at the end of the ski season.
  16. It's 85 miles for where I live in Enfield to Mount Snow. First major area in Southern Vermont for me.
