a inch more of rain then predicted for the city..

much more more rain then what was expected for the city.. 1.40 and counting the city yesterday was expected to get .75 to maybe a inch at best..

weather has very little to do with it..lots of cold places have a large population it is about the location and lifestyle that does not and would not appeal to many people..
