But the marine puke from the very strong NAO killed us in February and made NNE folks hating NAO forever. We had that between Xmas and new years 1995 but it relented enough to our delight.

I dunno-June seems to be progressing as it should now. High summer is typically not until the last days of the month and beyond. Back to exercise-I flip most of your scripts. Strength exercises AM, walking PM often late evenings. On days I work outside of home everything is skewed towards evening. When I worked full time and was running-AM worked much better.

I think there would still need to be a synoptic driver. SST alone won’t do it outside of shore roads in high summer.

Looks like we take the final steps to summer over the next week to 10 days. Right in time for the solstice.

I’m surprised we reached the mid 70s today with this smoke. That’s a solid +20 diurnal.

During the first week of June 1991 I came east to find a place to move into by mid July. I had a connection in PHL where it was thundery and humid. Finally arrived here to cool and dank which heralded a multi day misery including one day with a high near 50 and heavy rain. It cleared a day before I left and we were hot by my departure. That was a pretty hot summer. I arrived for good with temperatures in the upper 90s.

I would argue that this weekend is as bad as it gets in June. But like I said-nbd. My outdoor time isn’t relegated to 2 weekend days.
