I love upper 90s, people relaxing in summer!

Shows how fast a straight west wind changes things vs one with a small marine influence. Look at the wind change in the obs. Still I need to see other obs in the area. MBY is 95.

In general, this heat and especially H5 was exceptionally well modeled from a pretty long lead time.

I think Logan probably pulls a 96 today with dews >70. Legit HHH.

Temperature notwithstanding imagine not appreciating the long daylight we have now? It’s fleeting but I wish it weren’t. Ironically I also appreciate the nadir 6 months from now.

I’m pumped for the heat! 100 is tough this early but summer is here for sure. I do think this summer is a roaster in our region. But today was really lovely.

Sometimes when the solstice seasons get so extreme early the pattern reverses by high season (January or July).

Feels like summer tonight but still fairly comfortable. Next week I go from 2 to 3 daily showers. We’ve arrived.

I tend to do my long walks sunset or later. So even way above normal is just fine. Although I’m about to go out now given the clouds and cool. I love the sun but sadly this time of the year it’s my enemy.

You must be in a different climate zone. I don’t recall heat issues outside of a rogue event this early. Sure some days get into the 80s with the rare 90 but I’ve learned not to expect consistent summer wx until post Father’s Day or even a week later.

Why are people fans of deep cold? I mean -4 isn’t comfortable. We choose the weather we like for reasons other than personal comfort. Most of us would relish a hurricane. Keep in mind you can’t get one hitting you without high dews.
