Phil left because he didn’t like the environment here. What about Ekster? Mets leaving is the last reason for us to change our entire personality. It’s like someone I supervised threatening to quit if I didn’t do this one thing I wnted. He quit and we never lost a beat. People put too much stock in their own worth in life sometimes.

Well when I look at long term I want to see how it evolves. We already said punt the next 10 says so beyond that is important! Doesn’t mean it happens but the medium to long range looks hopefully. Whether it’s right is another story obviously.

The pacific has given us the cold. It’s mostly been ok. The Atlantic has allowed cutters. That shows a prog of changing for the better. Some will say it won’t happen but to ignore what’s on all guidance doesn’t make sense to me.
