  1. I’ll be on towards the last hours...say around 9ish unless I get home earlier.
  2. Kevin, you conveniently left the follow up off of your post.
  3. I think Will’s rule refers to December ninas.
  4. Yeah the pike region did ok. Once you got >10 miles south it was less by a good margin.
  5. I clocked about 60 inches. December was amazing and January and February each had periods of winter.
  6. We did amazingly well I 2007-08 considering that shitty look.
  7. Watching leaves floating down on a superb late autumn day. I have some work to do-outside on the patio table today!
  8. You’d rather have it further East so if it’s in the Aleutian area it better go way poleward and hopefully some luck.
  9. You can already see the tendency in the ensembles to push the poleward Aleutian ridge. The only question is whether it holds and also whether it migrates East or west.
  10. I think a continuation of October for the first half-around 1-2F above.
  11. Define the departure to fulfill the torch categorization.
  12. I remember my doggie being 2 and full of energy back in 2010-11. She thankfully is still with us but an old dog now. And living urban at the time, I’d take her on walks on the sidewalk. Snow banks were too big for her to climb onto do complete her business...I went one of those winters.
  13. 2 out of 3 of those had the potential to go very big. 1999-00 was a 2nd year Nina which kind of throws a potential wrench? 2007 and 1970 had great Decembers. 1999 had a bad December.
  14. How many 70s have you had since 10/1? You’d expect some but I think more than 25% would be a lot. BDL had 4 so far-20%. It’s been above normal but not at all noteworthy.
  15. Take the average of your 3 analogs and run with it beats last season by a lot.
  16. No it hasn’t. Mildly above is not a furnace. You said 70s/80s most of autumn.
  17. I’m still waiting for Kevin’s furnace autumn...
  18. It was a Sunday but not sure it was that recent?
  19. We had about an inch on 11/2 about 8-12 years ago per memory. We need Will to clarify.
  20. Nope. Finally up today and realizing we have people coming over...lol. Autumnal day. I’m looking forward to a mild week-have some local hikes I’m interested in. November looks colder to start.
  21. Just walked a mile in the middle of the night. 37 degrees-chilly!
