  1. The jet structure on the clown range NAM looked really nice. I’d venture to say other than slowing things down that would end up being a walloping beyond the NAM range.
  2. I thought it just was way slower. But to me the confluence was giving way and the system was coming similar ultimately to a euroesque look. But I looked at it on my phone so I could have misinterpreted pretty easily.
  3. A lot of people in NH/lower VT gave up 12/17 but they jacked.
  4. Yeah I thought that 90 hour looked good. Without nao we’d be raining
  5. Just so you know snow maps don’t come The model. They come the vendor. Some of the algorithms are weird.
  6. I just don’t see the euro having been pretty consistent with only minor shifts for 2 days being wrong here. I’ve been through this nonsense with the GFS in every major system over the past 15 years it seems.
  7. Lol. CT Rain started that probably 6-7 years ago. Drivers here have devolved to Boston level..
  8. Again, the euro h7 track argues for some mid level magic. Based on the 12Z run today I would jackpot southern WI along the state line with IL. QPF queening won’t tell the whole story.
  9. The H7 low goes just south of 80. There should be good snows well north of depicted.
  10. That’s the only thing I try but typically image is too big and it’s too much work to compress.
  11. Lol...I was also here for the derecho in August
  12. It’s gotten so hard to upload pics on this site...
  13. Euro/uncle showing a foot here. Getting excited!
  14. When we packed to car to start the drive from Boston, I made sure to bring deep boots. The pattern looked good. Got here and realized it looked like winter, strong snow burst Tuesday evening-and now hopefully the big show. Big weekend of tracking incoming.
  15. Wow! Time to reactivate the Greenhouse account!
  16. If my memory is correct-NAM was the model that showed a good deformation band well north of other models and that’s what happened. I ended up with 14.1 inches which was obliterated by the obscene grinch.
  17. Yeah the GFS was a clean whiff until close in-recollection is it got a clue the final 24 hours. Dendrite went from light snow to a verification of 30+. In general if the euro is this consistent ride it.
  18. I don’t know the local micro climate but the GFS blows no matter where the location is.
  19. I’m here for this one folks....get on my back...it’s coming!
  20. Primary to Cleveland works for me!
  21. Another 10 days here-we take!
  22. Quick 2 inches here in about 90 minutes.
