  1. Bob made landfall on the south coast and seriously raked the cape. Similar to UKMET to me.
  2. A meh solution to put it mildly
  3. Larry! Great to see you here! UKMET resembles Bob from 1991.
  4. Since I don’t need to be up before 11 tomorrow morning I’ll provide euro pbp.
  5. With my current interest piqued I sprung for the MLB package. All games now visible but most importantly I get to see all Yankee games. Wish my FIL were still around-he and I were the only baseball fans in the family.
  6. Classic warm and humid day today. Dews are the theme these days. I should have watched last nights game outside like Steve but I walked 15,000 steps between games so indoors without bugs won.
  7. Awful. Hope his farm and more importantly he makes out ok!
  8. 1 up in the loss column muthufukkas!
  9. I always thought hurricanes were commonplace after 1954-1960. 1954 was special but Donna came in unexpectedly-light rain on the way to school-raging by noon.
  10. JetBlue hasn’t been discount in a long time. It’s now considered legacy. The very worst is American. I accumulated hundreds of thousands of miles which I used and said good bye. Must be management-attitude sucks. It’s a shame because I got my Aadvantage # in 1984-one of the early ones. Nowadays airlines are recouping what they lost in the early days of the pandemic but it seems they are really putting the squeeze on. My favorite airline is Delta.
  11. I’ve always avoided southwest.
  12. Why did you go to Midway? Inconvenient
  13. I had the right idea. Wild pitch was unforeseen.
  14. They won’t let him go much beyond 80-85. Maybe if he shows that velocity he’ll get to extend around his 3rd start.
  15. I like extremes on both ends. Mainly snow high extremes though.
  16. Plenty of debris-may hold down temperatures to the low 90s.
  17. The accelerating pace of shortening days is a bummer to me. I had to get up really early last Sunday and the darkness was shocking. Hot now, brief cooling Sunday and Monday and then back to dews. Maybe some tropical action in the coming weeks.
