  1. That’s like agreement between the Mariners, the Pirates, and the Rockies.
  2. Hey Jay...congratulations in your engagement happy for you! Good work! I think with your youth your prognosis is good for a substantial recovery especially with your dedication to progress.
  3. That looks like about where mine was on our way to the airport late yesterday
  4. You can always tell who responds with emojis to your post...
  5. I think I’m timing this FL sojourn well with our arrival this evening and at least my return around 3/3. I think we have one more major shot around 3/10.
  6. It’s kind of been a cluster here in MA. I pulled my professional license card to get vaccinated despite being 74 years old. My wife did the same. Other than a really sore arm no issues with Moderna shot #1. The older folks like us have been having less of a reaction though the 2nd shot supposedly is the tough one. Ironically our daughter had both shots in VT-much more efficient vs MA.
  7. Where I was we did ok in December. About 10 inches on Boxing Day per my recollection but there was a sizable cj component. April was better in 96 but if you’re not doing a 97 or 82 in April why bother?
  8. It seems to me you forecasted a ratter and a sub 35 inch snow total for you. Fail.
  9. I agree and realize that for most of sne that is the average winter. The great ones and the ratters stand out but a typical winter sans extreme cold (which usually does occur for 1-2 spells) is I think what we have here.
  10. Don’t forget that March storm that saw a flip to heavy snow and temperatures really plummeted. I was on my typical walk in those days up Corey Hill and I had the thought that I was putting my life in danger during legit blizzard conditions.
  11. That’s kind of what made 2004-05 so great. Every month had above normal snow with good events in November and December, the epic snows of late January which kept on giving. Not to mention the widespread huge event in January of 2005.
  12. Magnificent day! Time to crawl out from under
  13. I grew up In Teaneck. Butler and the Pompton Lakes area was country and snowier. We used to have a summer place in White Meadow Lake. My memory of driving there in the early1950s was of a long trip-long before the interstates were built out.
  14. In Washington Square Brookline for a doctor appt-we rain
  15. I’m not sure the sample size is bog enough. But in general I agree on a one off I’d take Nina but the second year is traditionally bad in strong ones.
  16. What is the average Boston snow for strong Nina vs strong nino?
  17. Yes I agree. But my point to him is of it plays out like that few of us would be happy l.
  18. What exactly is poppycock? George says next year is big Nina. It that happens ratter likelihood goes way up given it would be year 2.
  19. The picture I posted is the best she’s looked in years tbh.
  20. Nice find! Joni did not age well. A heavy smoker and survived a ruptured brain aneurysm.
