I think most maxes were AOA. It’s just climo in May or June requires big departures before people say hot. June arguably is the most beautiful month. The miserable chill of earlier spring is usually gone and the big heat and dews don’t usually show up for more than a cameo at least until the last week of the month.

Lol…I was including myself in athe abnormals. All of a sudden it’s wet and muggy.

You could be the only normal person here.....including me! Today feels like summer but for the heat haters it’s not at all extreme.

Today is a magnificent day! Should reach upper 70s/80 and clear as a bell. June probably is the nicest month. My favorite season is summer followed closely by winter.

2009 was pretty awful. Multiple work crises and very little warmth until later in August. I was coming home from work in the dark in late June. Not fun!

A year later they sent me to this day camp-circa summer of 1953. A torrential rainstorm for 3 days ended up with mud turning the lake brown. Cool wet summer. No thank you.

It’s a beautiful day. But I do have a memory of being 5 years old and my parents took me on a cape vacation in early June. My brother was too young so he and my grandmother stayed home in NNJ. All I wanted to do was swim but it was too cold and dank.

Actually, Seattle summers are spectacular.

Cleared in Worcester between 1-2:30. It was dank when I went into teach my class at 1 and sunny when I was done. Nice now as I head back home.

I’m in ORH now. Brightening but still overcast and cool.

Awful few days. Coc is supposed to have sun which thankfully we will tomorrow.
