    Many times in the mid Atlantic we get our first tropucal influence about 5 days after the first real cool shot moves out. The first cool one is over us right now and I’m curious to see what happens next

    I can go 65/45 before need heat. I get good winter sunshine with bay window and other well situated big ones. With full sun can get enough radiant to do 60/40

    This years spring and summer have traits of 1962, 1989, 2008 . I think we get 20-30” this year with an impressive 45 day mostly cold cycle, I think Dec is mostly mild

    I’ll repeat in the winter we call them snow crows when they are Always talking about “10 days away….then 10 days away…10…10……”. For tropical good rhyming name is blow crow.

    I was driving on 495 so speed muted things but it was like a sway then bounce bounce . I thought it was an Andrews plane for noise , It sway and bounce bounce .

    Last year had the very cold hits but could not sustain. Things that happened as they did this season, cool and wet may into June and then hot and humid as hell itself with constant thunderstorms. Now zero thunderstorms. I found a lot of those winters that followed had lengthy but not spectacular cold This summer was like 2010 in my backyard. I remember 1966 with the persistent late afternoon thunderstorms . And others. Great reading everything y’all

    Gotta finalize but each winter lately has kinda slowly improved from disaster and I think that trend continues
