  1. lol thanks for that analysis? I didn’t say the storm was weakening quickly, just that the presentation has degraded. Clearly still a very serious storm about to impact Jamaica .
  2. Satellite appearance has degraded quite a bit over the last few hours. Eye has almost filled in completely. Hopefully we wake up to a Category 3 in the morning

  5. Certainly going to be wobble watching overnight, but its beginning to look like one of the most at risk islands of a direct hit will be Carriacou (part of Grenada) A quick Wikipedia search reveals a population of 10,000 people. Hopefully they can avoid a direct hit

  9. The 4:15-5pm period up here at 2900 feet SW of Gatlinburg was probably the heaviest snow I’ve ever seen. Just absolutely ripping. Made the trip worth it no matter what happens the rest of the night
