    Although the overall totals arent hugely different. The HRRR looks a lot different than the Nam in terms of intensity at the onset of the changeover.

    Nowhere near worth really monitoring, but the 12z GFS tries to eek out a flurry or two on Monday for some.

    I'm gonna disagree for the northern counties, weve had maybe 2 "potential" NWFS events this whole winter. Like there have been flakes falling from the sky 6 maybe 7 times at the most this whole season which is well below the average number of opportunities.

    still snowing, but probably gonna max out close to 2 inches. Brad P nailed his forecast for our area up here in the northern areas. Now we need it to warm up and dry out some after tonight and tomorrow.

    Wrecks happening all over 421 between boone and Wilkes. Main roads in Boone are fine. People are proceeding to drive like idiots however.

    Alright, massive change in the last 20 minutes l, snow sticking much more and feels colder. Ground turning white rapidly with pretty heavy rates currently.

    same here in Boone. the ground is so wet that everything is melting, so mulchy areas and some grassy surfaces are sticking a tiny bit but that's it.

    very light accumulations on elevated surfaces.

    Guess you can call it an upgrade from flurries to light snow in Boone. Nothing that can accumulate yet.
