    Looking at live webcams in the Philly area, the precip has either lightened up or it is now rain.

    Dew point 23 here. I would guess dew points will be near 30 out here when precip starts.

    Long Island will definitely need a heavy precip event so dynamic cooling can take place. Temperature here already hitting 40 degrees.

    looks to me the 12z GFS shows a start time evening on Sunday ending midday on Monday.
