I've been up and watching radar since 5am. We have been in a fantastic spot for this one. Looks we may bust high for qpf here.

Finally all snow now although it's fairly light

Finally seeing a few flakes trying to mix back in. Hopefully I can flip with some heavier rates. Still 95% sleet/rain.
