No rain here via the HRRR. 12HR Total as of 2AM Monday, when all rain should be over around here. We have zilch. -
The first 8 days of August are averaging 78degs.(70/86)., or +1.0 HW still on for August 7-17. SUBx LR is BN W.1, then AN for the rest of August -----but somehow says the whole month will average BN?!. This model has a dry August around here too. 06Z GFS has Cat. 2 in se Atlantic at end of run-----but earlier runs have no circulation. Conditions are changing but do not trust radical LR changes. Already gone by the 12Z. Wonder what the 06Z was drinking. 68*(75%RH) here at 6am, scattered clouds. 75* by 1pm

The last day of July is averaging 71degs.(63/80), or -7. Month to date is 76.3[-1.3]. July should end at 76.1[-1.4]. Big HW starts around August 09. EURO keeps predicting rain and losing it. 63*(60%RH) here at 6am, m.clear. Reached 80* at 6pm.

The GEFS Extended is promising a super, but dry, HW Period after that initial heavy rain about the 8th----as shown on the EURO. Lasts from say August 9----21. Then T crashes to Normal. lol. The Control actually has 7 straight 100's. Last splash in the Frying Pan for the GFS this season. RIP

The last 2 days of July are averaging 74degs.(66/82), or -3. Month to date is 76.3[-1.3]. July should end at 76.2[-1.3] 60 to 63 tomorrow AM. No heat on the GFS till August 8. EURO with 3" of rain before we get to the 8th. 71*(86%RH) here at 6am, hazy blue. 79* by Noon. 83* by 4pm. Briefly 84* at 6pm. 73* at 10pm.

Looks to be over for NYC. GFS had about 0.5" and we came close. One close stroke for me around 6:02pm.

Rain probably only between 3pm---9pm.

Both JB and SD warning of hurricane action affecting the n.e. in late August. Imagine a storm that has the tidal flooding of Sandy, the flooding rains of the Connie/Diane and wind gusts of Hurricane Hazel. Goodbye Cruel World! Had heavy, low hanging white smoke, covering area till 7:30am from 4-Alarm fire {mop up operations on the 4th.}on West 28th. St. & Mermaid Ave. 78*(84%RH) at 9am. 80* by 9:30am. 83* by 11am. 85* by 11:30am. 86* at Noon. 87* at 12:45pm---but back to 85* at 1pm. After two hour hiatus, the T up to 89* by 3:30pm. 91* at 5pm.

DON''T GET SCARED, THIS IS FOR DALLAS. A TRACE OF RAIN ONLY FOR THE 16 DAY PERIOD TO BOOT. About 84/100. Seems they do not have a single 100 to their credit this season, just 40 90's. We should be about 71/89 for the next 15 with just an inch of rain.

Dallas may ace every test and get some bonus 'Degrees' till further notice-----starting Sat.
