Seems I saw this cartoon before. The 46 day cartoon---OOPS!......I mean Outlook----looks the same. There are attempts at Normal 7 day periods centered on Oct. 23 and some undercutting cooler air trying to get in from the south and southwest during the period of November covered by the full run.

Rain, up to 1" this weekend----then no more 70's?. The GEFs Ext. has Oct. 18-Nov.03 as still with a small chance at 70. Then from Nov.4-15 no chance at 70 and the Control hits near 32* on Nov. 09th., for the first time this season. 64*(85%RH) here at 6am. 70* at Noon. 72* at 3pm. Only reached 73* around 5pm, despite good sun most of the PM.

The current 6 day period is a throwback to the last day of summer time frame. I already have reached 75* here today with the unexpected additional sunshine.

GEFS Ext. is cooler for us than the EURO. 18th-25th a step down to Normal+, then Normal- on the next 10 days. I have no faith in these outputs. Reached 73 here yesterday. Meanwhile, I have already reached 73 today-----after only getting to 74 yesterday and having all main stations going beyond that.

The GFS ENS which differs with the OP starting near the 18th.-----where the OP is 10 degrees cooler. We'll see. Do not know where this BN air comes from.......a warm strat. over the NE et al?
