The last two days of October are averaging 58degs.(51/65) or +5. The first week of November is averaging 64degs.(58/70) or +13! Maybe a return to Normal by the 9th/10th: Nov. 01-09 AN++. Nov. 10-15 near Normal maybe. Month to date is 57.0[-1.3]. October should end at 57.0[-0.9]. Reached 65 here yesterday. GFS looks overdone with the BN around Nov. 04-05. EURO is straight AN through Nov. 02.-not shown. W While neither the EURO or CMC go far enough in time, the GFS keeps showing another 'big blow' for P.R. This airport is in nw.
