  1. Yeah the models have really muted the record heat that was being modeled. To me just looks like typical September weather really. Some cool days, some warm days...
  2. The last several model runs are severely muting the heat done that was supposed to be. The GFS has a bit of heat going over the top of us but nothing that stands out to me as being a huge heat wave....
  3. A low of 47 this morning which is absolutely wonderful. That huge heat dome showing up on the Euro was squashed in Texas on the overnight run and replaced with a trough. Nice.
  4. Yep 53 here with the windows open. I absolutely love this time of the year.
  5. Yep current temp of 63 degrees already. This is early Fall time weather. Love when it's not 90 degrees in September.
  6. What a freaking beautiful morning this morning. As the same with Ace I dropped down to 46 as well. A stunner of a day.
  7. What a beautiful afternoon. Temp is 69 light breeze, dryer air coming in. 40s here we come!
  8. This up coming week looks absolutely stunning for September but I think we see some more heat this month again.
  9. I wouldn't speak too soon on not seeing 40s this week. I think we see multiple opportunities actually with mornings in the 40s with drier cooler air.
  10. Also watch the first of next week. Widespread 40s for most. Leaves already changing at the house.
  11. Yeah an absolute beautiful early Fall day. Came in with the same high and it's a bit cool this evening. Rain and temps in the 60s tomorrow.
  12. Looks like a very wet weekend with temps in the 60s and 70s. This week has been a delight. We've had some rain, some nice days and currently looks like no real heat in the next week or so.
  13. Glad we got the rain we did this weekend. Usually September is very dry around here and we can get into a moderate drought in a hurry but no signs of that. This weekend we saw both Saturday and Sunday not reach 70 degrees which was very Fallish here. Temp wise this next week looks average.
  14. Yeah it's kind of missed me with the heavy stuff but we are getting hammered currently.
  15. Yeah that big swath of moisture working in from TN all day is almost here. It looks less impressive but the inhanced flow from the south will help up totals and rainfall rates a lot.

  17. Yeah the next 5 days look very wet. You are in the perfect upslope for this also.
  18. Yeah if that moisture from the south starts training over us we could see some localized flooding.
  19. Yeah it has fanned out over the area and still getting steady rainfall. A nice little rain for sleeping.
  20. Interesting line of storms moving through from the SE tonight. Some nice heavy rain coming in.
  21. First 40s of the season! Had a low of 49 degrees this morning. Fall is definitely knocking on the door.
  22. Mods can you please tag this thread and untag the summer thread. Thank you.
