    Another .9” and counting from round 2. Over 5” on the month. was riding up at windham yesterday. Mud fest.

    Finally some nice weather. Seems like it’s been a month since the last good weather day. saw my first and only cicada this morning. Weak showing for brood x.

    I’m at the point where I need to fix it up so I can sell it for a reasonable return when we’re ready to move to vt.

    Up to 1.5” here. just had contractor in for estimate on replacing windows, sliding glass doors and siding on back of my old house. 40+ years old and has to be done. Chimney which is over a 100 years old leaks in heavy rain. We’ve tried to repair twice before to no avail. #fookinghouse.
