  1. We have snow falling here in Raynham. Did not expect to see this
  2. As an electrician, I get tons of work from homeowners using YouTube to do their own electrical work. Keep it up everyone! Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk
  3. Absolutely pouring now...you should have no problem getting it
  4. Yes, it looks like that map doesn't include Municipal power companies. I know Middleboro has their own as well as our tmlp that services Raynham, Taunton and Dighton.
  5. Been through Raynham, Bridgewater and Taunton this morning. Amazed at the number of roads closed, including main ones. Lots of trees hanging on wires, etc. Good storm for Inland SEMA. This was in Taunton just a minute ago. Had to turn around
  6. Wild night, could hear trees falling in the woods after getting woken up around 3. Still gusting mid 40s. No school in the Bridgewater-Raynham district. Only lost power for a short time. Municipal power company FTW. Can't wait for it to get light and survey any damage
  7. Other than the roads being empty, it feels like mid July here too
  8. Nice morning on the Cape (Yarmouth). Barely a breeze at the moment. Not much color on the trees. Should be rocking here in a little while
  9. Working on the cape this morning. Breaks in the overcast and peaks of sun going over the bridge. 67
  10. If we can keep the torch going through the end of the month and into November the snow will have a hard time sticking to the warm pavement when it eventually comes.
  11. Egypt Falls, Cape Breton, NS Heading home to tropical SEMA tomorrow
  12. We're up at the in-laws farm in Cape Breton, NS. Not quite peak, but still beautiful. Can confirm the BD is through here and it's very windy
  13. Wife and I are heading up to see her parents in Cape Breton Nova Scotia tomorrow for the first time in over 2 years. Foliage should be peaking thru Maine and New Brunswick into NS.
  14. Working just down the street from Brett's house today. Downpours and some bangers. No Stein today
  15. 75/70....feels awesome. Let's keep it going as long as possible! (Although it's probably just a few more hours)
  16. Hate closing the pool, but the pool company is closing it on 10/7. I use an electric heat pump...keeping it at around 75-76 for the kids to use. Will probably crank it up a bit higher tomorrow since it'll be so warm out. Solar panels on my roof pretty much cover the electric for the heater
  17. I pumped mine down to the bottom of the skimmer yesterday afternoon. It was high this morning, but not too bad. Would have been definitely overflowing if I didn't pump it down yesterday
  18. Mine gets closed mid-october. Even if I don't use it for the last month, I would rather look at a nice clean pool than cover for an extra month.
  19. And everyone in those hot stuffy classrooms is wearing a mask today. Not an ideal learning environment
  20. I've had solar on my house for close to ten years now. I think everyone should put it on their house, even if you don't have ideal Southern Exposure. The panels are so efficient now and the incentives are so good that even if it takes a couple extra years for them to turn a profit it will be worth it in the long run. Oh yes, and whatever you do, buy them outright, don't lease them
  21. Pretty gusty here now. We'll see if it continues to ramp up or if this is it.
  22. Jay at some point they will realize what they have and start sending you out for storm coverage. Pouring under this band right now. Wind has been picking up too.
