Yo, we should all be having a beer or favorite beverage tonight, not fighting. This is a good day and one step closer to the end. No matter what you think of this pandemic, it has sucked for most of us in one way or another. .

I think phin is the one who watches too much news.. his view is distorted of what is really happening out there. he thinks that folks are still hiding out. Life has been back to normal for months. Market is strong out there, retailers can’t fill jobs fast enough etc etc. shit we can’t fill jobs fast enough at my company. .

I was never much of a bar or restaurant person so nothing has really changed for me. After July last year, life has been pretty much normal for me except for the mask wearing and not traveling for work or to Canada. I don’t know anyone who has not been pretty much back to normal since late last year. .

GFS looks more like that map, I don't think anyone is humping the EURO, just stating what it shows, GFS definitely much drier.. not sure about other models.. also we are < 96hrs so I would think the EURO would do better than this weekend.

yes, supply chain in my business is stretched thin, most are either raising prices 25% + or extending LT out to next year, basically if you pay more you get it sooner, like an added expediting fee except is not a separate line item. Steel, non-woven, chemicals, specialty items used in chips manufacturing are hardest hit

real estate market is insane right now, was looking at some places in FL and they have almost doubled since last summer. Really not worth buying right, but selling...

Friday might hit 80 before front .. Saturday looks like 50's but with May sun maybe we can sneak into the 60's in the usual spots.. Sunday the same.. getting my 2nd shot Friday so might take the day off to enjoy the day before showers arrive
