    Light snow tv and 35. Smoking a pork butt for some big deal on tv later today, at least it didn’t have the nerve to be raining on me while setting up the smoker.

    How have we not learned that in this regime, we take everything with a grain of salt more than 4 days out, for every model (except the cmc, then it’s 4 minutes) and even then…buckle up everyone and enjoy the ride, however it turns out!
