Rgem is more euro like now in track..Last run it was in nnj..

Still ends in the same place, over cnj, just didn't move as far north intially.. The NAm models and icon all have it sliding south of nj..

Rgem did move a little south, never makes it to PA.. Hopefully just some model noise..

I haven't paid attention to the news for weather since the mid 90's when computer's became popular.. Even then it was the weather channel with Paul kocin.. I wouldn't put to much stock into imo.. Looks like a broad brush for western area's like kroc..

As the upper wave approaches by the evening Saturday, a curved coupled upper jet crosses the region concurrent with the arrival of a fairly deep deformation band and frontogenetical maxima that seem to be largely co-located with the dendritic growth zone. This should allow for rapidly increasing snow-to-liquid ratios (from about 20:1 over the northern CWA to about 14:1 over the southern portions of the CWA) by the evening hours as the best forcing for ascent arrives into the Southern Tier, then proceeds northward toward the Buffalo/Rochester area.
