Ratios for this event was exactly 10-1 for northern Oswego, 8/1-9/1 for southern Oswego according to cocorahs..

Fringed all night like I knew was a possibility, just a little over 2" since 4 pm yesterday.. Storm total 7.0". The last hour or so has been on and off moderate burst..

Still have a long way to go with this one..
