Hope the CMC coming closer starts a trend. GFS has had multiple runs with a big storm. Too early to call yet. It could still get caught up in fast flow but we’ll see.
Slight differences in when it closes off and orientation mean a lot of difference with the totals. We probably won’t know for a while. But good to see this.
It looks great but is anyone concerned it could go more north and leave us with more sleet and rain? I did read the confluence should prevent a huge jump north.
This has started better than the last 2 winters. If we can get a few inches with the 6th storm and then a major storm after that it would be great. Pattern will eventually moderate but we have a window.
