    Notice there was an advisory sitting there in my face but now its gone lol, smart move. Just another cold rain. Actually got a bit warmer here than anticipated

    Its gotten old now with these winters lol, I'm so down about it but just have to accept it for what it is anymore ya know. I'm shocked we get to keep a winter discussion forum on here haha. Get ready, they are calling for mid 60's next week!!

    I saw a small wee bit on rooftops also but thats it nothing else. Temps have come up some again so that is now melted off.

    Anyone get any kind of snow last night? Nothing here just some light rain, off and on flurries but thats it lol. Temps just got to 32 not long ago

    Man I remember my buddy here telling me about those 2 in 2010 and 2011!! Crazy how mother nature is, goes from that to this lol. Thanks for sharing, very very interesting!!

    Heck I think its been even longer for here, we moved to Fayetteville in summer of 2013 and that winter season was the last time I saw measureable snow over that amount too lol. Ever since its been 1" or less that's it. I think one of the following years we got almost 2" from something but man that was a long long time ago it feels now. It is pathetic, really crazy for up there!

    I just saw it too, maybe it will over perform lol? Werent models being bullish with this yesterday? I cant remember now. We need to break these 1/2-1" usual's though with a darn good 5" snow, maybe we will all get lucky in Feb. who knows

    It seemed the cutoff was 412 north for the half inch, then south of here near the tunnel. We are in a giant donut hole here in Fayetteville, has to be the terrain or something idk...baffles the brain lol. When I saw that band coming this morning on radar I for surely thought it was going to be snow, it did snow but it nearly lasted 1 minute or so and switched right over to light sleet. Weather can be so so strange ya know

    Our friend in springdale said they had a wee bit on the grass around 6:30 this morning for about 10 minutes until the sleet started and temps rose. Doesnt sound like anyone got much of anything again its so depressing.

    Did you guys wind up getting anything up that way from this? I know in KC it snowed today but I dont think it stuck as it was 35 most the day there according to relatives and friends. It was actually colder today than predicted I will say that, 34 most the day but now the temp is slowly climbing and we are at 37 here. It is nice to have some cold around at least

    Yea in higher elevations, I dont think anyone in this immediate area got anything really(someone in Rogers said they got a half inch but it melted right off). And no it doesn't matter, I was just stating my opinion for here thats it

    They were stating a half inch total. I feel for at least here it was, I know it covered a large area. Just stating my observations for here in fayetteville thats it lol. It really did nothing at all, very very light sleet for 20 minutes but like I said it melted right off in no time cause the temps went above freezing during that period.

    That band this morning did nothing here really, started to snow heavy for less than a minute then right over to light sleet and was done. Had a wee bit of sleet and now drizzle all mid morning, temps rose to 34 quick so the sleet melted right off(wasn't a lot). Pretty much another bust of a forecast for here again, looks to get nice and balmy next week again lol

    Me either to be totally honest, ever. Its probly one of if not the warmest winter I have ever experienced in my 45 years as well! Insane craziness haha

    I know, I just read Tulsas disco and its all over the place and confusing. Sounds to be another nightmare to predict, going to have to just watch and see again...its 41 here but they were a little low with the temps today. Predicted 37, I dont see much coming of this for here once again but we shall see. They were mentioning thunderstorms again next week lmao(possibly)

    Meh, advisory up from 3am tonight for up to a whoppin half inch of snow/sleet then over to a 35 degree rain tomorrow and a 33(shocker there, whats up with this nonstop 33 degree and rain bull!!) rain. Meh, NEXT. Im ready to throw the towel in once again, I guess theres still February who knows lol? I know I'm belly aching but goodness I just want one decent snow, this is so so old now for the 7th season in a row.

    I'm not going to fall for this trickery updated forecast for this week, nope not happening until I see white stuff sticking on the ground this time. Must resist!!! But my oh my this forecast sounds sketchy and messy as always once again lol

    Temps rose early, got back to 40 during the early evening. Rain started and we are wet bulbing here, down to 34. Low predicted was 38, hmmmm. Another extreme close call lol Down to 33 now, I bet thats where we hold...seems to be what we hold at during every stinkin storm haha. Darn 32 now, wow way lower on the temps than expected!
