Trees snapping left and right last hour in Norwell, just west of Scituate. Heavy rain and the freight train is still passing overhead. Lost power around 2AM when the shock and awe campaign began. Somehow, broadband is still working.

I just left BOS Air Traffic Control Tower where I work as an operations supervisor. Wind was 12024G34KT when I left and we had a few refusals for runway 4R. Otherwise unremarkable so far. I’m sure that will change, but it was timed well as we were able to get through the night. We had a few hiccups with the TDWR, but they were resolved earlier this afternoon. Should be all set now.
