Gusted to 44 mph at nearby mesonet...lots of thunder and lightning...Rain was heavy but brief with 0.33".

Got quite humid, up to 86/74 currently.

Few showers around last hour or so...Had quick one here with 0.08" about 30 min ago.

A couple of loud cracks of thunder with 30mph gust and just some light rain, 0.12", to go along with this mornings 0.75". High temp of 83°.

Last two mornings in the 50's here, much different from Aug 1st thru 3rd 2006 when my station reached 100° each day.

July here will finish tied for 7th warmest in 46 years....Rainfall was 6.69".

Missed everything today, 0.01" this am. Heat wave ended with highs of 90, 93, 94 and 91 last 4 days.

2.07"....over an inch in 15 minutes...wind gusted close to 40mph with impressive thunder and lightning...high temp of 88° before the rain, down to 67° a short time thereafter... Probably best storm of the year for me...there haven't been many though.

Yeah great day...much less active than it looked earlier. Had just 0.07" rain this am.

1.15" here today..high temp of 85° and low of 71° occurred within about an hour of each other.....3.11" last five days.
