  1. They forecast low Temps for my area like it's Manhattan...whether it's point and click or zone forcasts, it's usually the same as the urban boroughs...even the models do it.
  2. Didn't really mean to single you out...just a general reminder.
  3. With a mean temp of 58.8° this October was the 6th warmest during 42 years of record...Precipitation totaled 6.61" and 52.55" ytd.
  4. Gusted to 40mph behind the front...temp down to 59°, midnight high of 72°.
  5. Really weakened when it got here...just a brief gusty wind and 0.07" rain.
  6. Temps will drop rapidly with the passage of the front, down thru the 40's by morning...Still will be 70° for some at midnight for a cheap high.
  7. Yeah I mean it's a fun little quirk...like a twilight zone kinda thing.
  8. Yes sample size too small, plus there's no meteorological reason why getting an early snow would affect the following three months.
  9. My station records show that it rained here from about 4 am to 11 am, with a changeover thereafter, during which 4.7" fell with 4" on the ground at midnight. Total precipitation was 1.80"...Temp during event got down to 32°. Early snowstorm jinx?...Snowfall rest of winter 4.3" lol.
  10. 51.78" YTD... On my way to a 2nd straight 60" plus year? Could be. ( Last year 69.55" ).
  11. Up to 0.56" and still raining...Now over 50" for the year.
  12. Haven't had a sub 2" rainfall month in almost 2 years here..Nov 2017.
  13. If you want to throw March in the mix.... 6 out of the last 7 have been below normal, averaging nearly 11" of snow...Stats from my station.
  14. Yeah several times during the past couple days, they mentioned in their discussion about it being an outlier and discounting it.
