  5. Someone, somewhere said something about Daffodils starting to poke up. I thought that as silly till I went out today and actually saw some spikes showing themselves here.

  14. The sunset this evening. I did not think the sunset would amount to much. But there was some clouds to the west. So I took the camera out to the country to get a good and clear view to the far west. Did not bring the tripod though, as I was not expecting much. So these are handheld through the car window. Blame any soft image on the photographer, not the camera. The sunset. Taken with the 24-70mm at 70mm and cropped in the camera... Max red, Taken with the 24-70mm at 70mm and cropped in camera... 15. 52 at KIND and CAVU all day. Life is good day for early February.
  16. This will piss off the winter weenies. This afternoon a small V of sandhill cranes were winging their way back north. True this is just the vanguard and not the main body of V's upon V's. But Mother Nature is still starting to think about the coming Spring. With minimal cropping and just a hint of a sundog... A whole bunch of cropping on this one. About a third of the sensor was all that was saved...
  17. The sunrise this morning. Taken with the 24-70mm at 63mm... A smidge later when the reds were higher in the sky. Taken with the 24-70mm at 35mm...
  18. Sort of tried to break the inversion around sunset here. I could sense some blue up there, but it only lasted about five minutes and then it was back to solid grey again/still...
  19. Just an assumption, but it sounds like you are not logged in under chrome and safari.
