Even though I am south of the palm guy, this is the best I could do from this afternoon. But this is cheating seeing how I just put a round of 12-12-12 on the lawn two weeks ago. Was only really feeding the roots with the phosphorus and potash but the few warm days even put the nitrogen to use and greened up the grass a bit.

Sorry to be so late, but yes. The roofs and grass are white but the roads are not. So the winter weenies probably would not call this being hit by anything. And this does happen from time to time. When the flow is just right and there is a disturbance or weakness in just the right place it can snow here and not closer to the lake.

Compared to 12-23 when it was -12, 22 has to at least feel like a torch. The extra good news is that you must have broken the stratus fest to get the frost.

Daylight is increasing over a minute a day now and the sun angle at meridian is at an increasing 28 degrees after a nadir of 27 degrees. Things are looking up. This is at 40N. and maybe different at your latitude.

Unless that stuff south of you starts moving directly north, it is going to be a rather short train.

Looking at the ASOS from LOT tells me you have some erroneous data in your system.

Something is wrong in that, what I assume to be a personal station output, as it froze my computer up. Also unless there was a long power interruption, that does not make sense.

KIND is showing 0.96 of rain yesterday. I have only 0.53 in my tippy bucket even though the radar estimates show I should be close to an inch also. Another one of those head-scratchers.
