  1. Still looks like a lot of snow here with some mixing in the middle of the storm.
  2. Anything is possible but I would be much more worried about a north trend. I dont see this trending SE.
  3. He'll be back in 2 years for a day or two then repeat the cycle 2 years from then.
  4. Thata the best when it takes forever for the snow to shut off. I ate when a storm ends and 5 minutes later the suns out.
  5. Keep that high strengthening and the storm could have a short stall or at least bit longer duration event.
  6. I'll look tonight. My house has the cream color siding with deck that has the white vinyl railing. The kids put up Christmas lights around the deck. Not sure if you have a clear view of it.
  7. He can't help himself. He's an arrogant know it all that hasn't added or contributed anything concrete or positive to the board in 15 years. All we said is that we may have some small mixing issues. We weren't whining or complaining. I always root for everyone to do well and if we get shafted up here then I'm happy for the others that do well. He's been obsessed with the northern crew for years. He consistently goes out of his way to attack us. Talk about being picked last in gym class.
  8. Yup. That's exactly how I remember that storm. It was unreal.
  9. Maybe the next house you buy could be in Siberia so you can get as far away as possible from Maryland.
  10. This is the rare event where I could really use PSU's extra 140 ft. of elevation that sits literally 1/8 mile from my backyard. Lol.
  11. I agree. We definitely could be trying to fight off some mixing during the middle of the storm.
  12. PD 2 mixed and in fact was a complete switch to sleet where I lived at the time in Reisterstown. I mixed in 96 too but only briefly before the deform band.
  13. Glad to hear about the roof. I still have the same crew. There were 3 pool rooms within a mile of your house. The place your thinking of with RR was called Benny's located a block south of Slade Avenue where the McDonald's is. I haven't been there in years but as of couple years ago it was still open but was way different from how it was back in the day. The other 2 were Greenie's located at the corner of Old Court and Reisterstown rd. which closed over 15 years and the Player's Club located next to the post off on McHenry Ln. which closed in 2008 after the owner was murdered. We definitely have to get together when all this madness ends. That would be enjoyable. I would like to have some people over as well. PSU as you know lives right behind me and Dave was here about a year ago for a little electrical work. Hopefully the vaccine will allow some get togethers in some form by summer. I actually started playing a little again in the spring of 2019 but that only lasted a couple months and I haven't played since. I can't seem to get the right prescription for my eyes and these darn progressive lenses with the built in bifocals are a deterrent from playing. My daughter took a short video of me playing I think in May 2019 that's shows I still got it . If I can find it I'll text it to you.
  14. Heaviest I've ever seen it snow over a long sustained period.
  15. My 77 year old Jewish father is less neurotic than PSU. Lol
  16. I get it. It's tough too ignore the fail scenarios.
  17. It's kinda crazy but we got a real shot. Im cautiously optimistic despite the marginal surface temps because both the NAM and Euro are showing heavy rates. Rates overcome so many set up flaws. If we get a heavy slug of moisture well be S+ and temp will go right to 32-33.Me and you could be under a winter storm watch by this time tomorrow. Maybe I'm getting a bit carried away.
  18. You think Philly knows nothing about pizza then you never want to get Pizza around here. Horrible, but I'm a pizza snob too and probably way too critical. Even the non franchise places suck. Most people around here think the pizza is great. I don't even bother debating them. There's a couple places in Westminster that are decent and a couple places here in Hampstead/Manchester that are passable at best.
  19. I got so wrapped up looking at the Wednesday storm that I didnt even realize the Euro give us .85 of liquid on Monday. We got a real shot and a few inches. That's crazy.
