My GF is a nurse in Dupage said they noticed things seem to be getting better in the area. They’re well staffed now with extra workers by her (a lot were off sick past couple weeks) and can take a day off but she doesn’t want to. Less admissions are coming in the covid unit too. That’s good news at least that things are leveling out around the area.

What’s hard to understand here? Trying to be healthier and exercising more benefits both physically and mentally to combat the effects of covid. People simply have more time at home, and have been adjusting whether they work from home or not. There’s a lot of cases about people being bored at home and start day drinking. Being stressed etc. If one wants to bike ride more, get in tone more by doing push ups at home etc, AND it helps lower the chances of a bad covid fallout in ANY degree... Its a win win. Yes, there’s people who don’t have time or the energy. True. But there’s a lot that do. And it’s widely documented there’s a lot of people having difficulty finding what to do with themselves being at home always. Jumping to accuse people of fat shaming or calling them “middle class white dude” is uncalled for. And not “facts”.

Wondering if the pin hole is teetering those cold tops around and causing it to look not as organized and if that second outer ring will ultimately broaden it out in the future cycles. Trend and timing. Going to try to look back on past pin hole radar examples to study their evolution and possible outcomes

My GF is going back to work tomorrow at the hospital. She showed no symptoms. After 10 days they’re allowed to go back to work not showing any symptoms. I feel ok too. So far. Tomorrow will be about 2 weeks in total.

They should make it mandatory to wear masks in stores. I’ve seen people walk around in some without a care in the world. it’s not hard to wear a mask. And not covering your nose when you do wear one is completely ignorant. Do it for others safety at least. And like I said I have a fair view about this situation. It’s a difficult one.

^ lol I was trying to emphasize I was really exposed. She was off for 2 days last week and we stayed in bed watching shows for hours on end etc. Eating together. Sharing ice cream etc. We currently don’t live together but we shared a lot of time together etc. Etc. So far I’m ok. Been taking doses of vitamin C. Eating salad, homemade bean soup etc, washing my hands often etc. I woke up earlier with a little chest congestion but nothing crazy and it went away after a nap. But I hear weird cases for some where it can hit you bad out of nowhere so I don’t take it lightly that I’m out of the woods yet. I had pneumonia a few times growing up and had my tonsils removed. I’m definitely not taking lightly. She’s been very exhausted and sleeping a lot. And she has stronger chest congestion. No fever or anything else. But she has zero appetite. Has been drinking tea with honey etc. It’s been around 10days-ish so far. My GF had her test Tuesday. So it had to been caught a couple days prior to that. A friend of mine said he got symptoms within 2 days. I didn’t get tested yet. Just been staying at home and monitoring it. Will try to go soon sometime this week. So far, thankfully it has been ok. Not out of the woods yet.

Woke up an hour ago. Feeling ok but weak. Feel a little disconnected. But ok overall. Going to eat something nutritious. My appetite is strong so that’s good

Well, my girlfriend’s results came in positive earlier tonight. She’s a nurse and gets tested every week on Tuesday. I've been with her every night and intimately as you can imagine. Currently, I’m showing no symptoms. She threw up today. We drank wine and sangria last night. Will continue a log here. - So far, it’s been a week. I’m ok, and she’s ok so far. - I always had a fair view about this situation. But had and still have no problems wearing a mask and being careful wherever I go. I know now 6 people who had it. ...2 of those were fighting it off for a week or 2. ...The rest barely noticeable if any. (My girlfriend being the 6th so far. Me the 7th but I don’t know yet) - I didn’t get tested yet. I just hope I didn’t spread it to others if I have it. Especially my parents. But I’ve been with my girlfriend intimately these past couple days obviously. I should have it. Don’t know yet.

Another nice line coming up from the south with distant constant rolling thunder rumble in the distance. Classic spring night time tstorm training helmet on. Hope it stays healthy

Soaking in the classic night time mid spring t-storm training that I love. Went for a walk earlier with activity to my south creeping up with a flash here and there spidering out behind a moving towering cloud top in the distance. Humid with the wind at a stand still. First close battlefield rolling thunder rippage just came followed by healthy downpour that’s commencing. Nice night ahead Reading up my Kelly Heroes mid/late spring night timing tstorm training mode.

Came back earlier from a walk. Just in time I thought as the light show just south from here in Joilet was sparking and creeping up. @RyanDe680 are you seeing it? Going to be nice tonight. Activity creeping and knocking on the door now

Became dark quickly about a half hour ago. Got clipped by the southern edge of the storm with pea size hail again. Went through quickly heading ESE around 60mph

Currently 74 degrees with Dew point at 58. Have the balcony open, had a couple bangers hit already with the first storm coming in. First night time mid/late spring/summer storm feel of the year. Flashes and rolling thunder intensifying. Awesome. See how well the back one holds. Some hail hitting now! Pea size sounding. Was very brief. Eastern dupage.

Looking at the radar, it seems like it’s starting to unzip in central Missouri. Seems to be the start where the possible/would be string of pearls going over the Mississippi River in an hour or 2
