high dewpoints and flooding oh my
-
here comes the heat
-
for now
-
this is all from ull convection
-
given temps aloft we barely need much heating
-
depends on where the pseudo warm front sets up
-
hail in springfield
-
.5" in spots
-
just what quebec needs
-
the nam's replacement had been showing a slot of no precip over us and shifted to bands of heavy amounts making it to west of suffolk
-
i think we can manage .5-.75
-
it's taking months of blocking to get a coastal just like in winter <3
-
my one hope for rain later is that the mesos are too far north with convection. the best cape is south of where they have the best rains
-
i'm thinking there will be a band east of the main show with bustorama around it
-
the main event should hold off til after 5 but we could get showers before then
-
monday comes down to bands of convection which are always annoying to figure out in advance
-
i miss the smoke. who wants to come with me to quebec with a bunch of matches
-
we'll get more smoke at some point "On many of the fires we don’t even try. A number of these fires are huge boreal gobblers (I am currently assigned to a 250,000 ha fire, well over 600,000 acres and you could fit the org. chart on one side of a beer can). The only thing that is going to put out this fire out and many across the country is winter, 5 months from now. It’s going to be a long, smoky summer for everyone."

we can hope for a save from warm front convection
