Usually no but it’s happened before. 11/11/13 is my example. I think we’ll see some flakes in my part of Durham County but hey, flakes in November is a win anytime.

Last time we saw appreciable November snow was 13-14, which is one of the best winters I can remember since 2000.

Now it'll be really funny if the best storm in years in Charlotte happens in April.

It hasnt snowed in Charlotte in April since 1987. The record snow for the month is 3". Conceivably, both of those could change tomorrow.
