  1. Not as heavy as it was 30 minutes ago but still coming down really good. 1-2”/hr rates.
  2. CC map definitely shows the area of sleet starting to fizzle a little bit.
  3. Not gonna lie, it’s making me a little nervous, especially for areas south of 22. That thing is racing north. You’d think it would stop eventually as the precip shield starts to pivot...
  4. TOTAL WHITEOUT here in Bath. Can barely see across the street. Has to be 3-4”/hr rates.
  5. Bath, PA (8 miles north of Bethlehem)...heavy snow. That band to our east looks absolutely epic!
  6. 1-2” per hour rates continue in Bath. Can’t wait to see what’s in those bands over NJ.
  7. I’m in Bath, about 15 minutes east of Northampton. We have moderate to heavy snow.
  8. Drove to work from Allentown to Bath. Roads actually weren’t too bad, even in my basic FWD Accord. A 20-25 minute drive took me just over 30 minutes. Moderate snow here. Looks like it should ramp up big time in the next few hours.
  9. Back over to snow in Allentown. Pretty windy too. Just posted on my page that I expect an additional 10-16” today for the Lehigh Valley.
  10. Snow/sleet mix in Allentown. Looks like I can make it into work by 10 before it starts to get really bad!
  11. MD just issued for the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and northern NJ https://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/md/md0051.html
  12. Anyone south of Reading? Is it doing anything at all in that dry slot on the radar?
  13. Went out to shovel 2 1/2 hours ago and it looks like just over an inch has fallen since then. Just by eyeballing it and being outside in it I’d say we have between 4-5”. Light to moderate snow continues. Going to bed and planning to wake up by 7 tomorrow...hopefully my drive to work doesn’t suck too much.
  14. Looks like the RGEM did away with all the crazy amounts and is now more in line with the other models.
  15. NAM says step back from the ledge, Philly weenies. SE PA crushed
  16. If you're south of 422 the HRRR screws you. Best snows are in the Poconos and northern NJ.
  17. Looks like just over 3” on the ground in Allentown with steady light-moderate snow ongoing. Have to be at work by 10 am tomorrow...hoping the heavy bands hold off until after that.
  18. Looks like they're putting a lot of faith in the NAM.
  19. Around 2" of fluff in Allentown so far with steady light to moderate snow.
  20. Meanwhile the RGEM actually shifted SE a little and blasts Philly and the burbs.
